Current trade offers on the year’s free rent include 4 free months in a house in Hollywood (complete with fancy car), a 24-hour lap dance from a Japanese stripper, or an afternoon with Alice Cooper!

He went with the Alice Cooper offer. I’m not sure an afternoon with Cooper is worth a year rent-free, but Kyle got to hang with Cooper and he can still offer someone else the afternoon with Cooper. Sweet deal.
